  If your AFINIA LABEL Printer displays the status 'PAPERPATH_PAPERJAM', it means a paper or media jam has been detected, or one or both media sensors are blocked. To resolve this, carefully remove the jammed media from the printer and close the print engine. The system status message in red should disappear, and the toolbox paper path sensor indicators should change from red to green. After clearing the jam, you can press the Pause/Resume button to resume printing or press Cancel Job to cancel the job and manually clear it from your computer’s print queue.
