Just like conventional automobiles, e-bike require regular maintenance and
inspections as a mode of transportation. However, e-bike serve as convenient and
efficient means of commuting, and the road conditions, user habits, and characteristics
may vary from one region to another. To extend the lifespan of your beloved electric
bicycle, it is crucial to perform regular maintenance and inspections.
If you encounter any quality-related issues, please contact Afreda official customer
service or visit an authorized service center where you purchased the bike for repair
and maintenance. Components such as the motor, controller, charger, and battery are
factory-made, and they should not be dismantled or replaced without proper
authorization. In the event that users attempt self-dismantling or non-authorized repair
centers perform disassembly and repairs that do not adhere to the "advisory" standards,
any performance malfunctions or quality issues caused by such actions will not be
covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
We are fully committed to providing you with efficient and high-quality service. If
your entire vehicle experiences issues due to a lack of inspection at an authorized
service center, any related quality problems will be the responsibility of the user.
Safety Precautions:
⚫ Do not use the e-bike until you have thoroughly read the instruction manual and
understand the bicycle's performance.
⚫ E-bike equipped with lithium-ion batteries should not be parked or ridden in
environments with temperatures exceeding 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees
Fahrenheit).
⚫ Do not use chargers from other brands or specifications that do not match this
product. Also, do not use our company's charger to charge other e-bike.
⚫ Do not casually dispose of used batteries to prevent environmental contamination.
The lithium-ion batteries used in this product can be recycled through
government-designated collection points.
