Maintenance Guidelines:
1. Battery Usage and Maintenance:
Afreda uses lithium-ion batteries, which have no memory effect and require long-term
maintenance to maintain battery health.
a. For long periods of non-use:
Ensure that the main power switch is in the middle position and the horn light
is turned off.
Monthly, check the battery capacity, and charge both batteries to full
capacity.
Monthly, turn on the power and test the functionality of the lights, horn, and
motor.
b. For daily use:
You do not need to completely discharge the battery before recharging; you
can recharge it as needed.
If possible, completely use one battery before using the other one.
c. Independent battery sides:
Both sides of the battery are completely independent with separate charging
and discharging circuits, which do not interfere with each other.
You can charge both sides of the battery simultaneously to reduce charging
time.
d. Battery capacity display:
After turning on the control panel, press the power button three times to view
the battery voltage. For a normal voltage 48V battery, the highest voltage is
around 54V, and the lowest voltage is around 40V.
