I CANNOT HEAR OTHERS:
• Make sure that your LVL 3 headset is securely connected
to the PS4 wireless controller’s aux port at the base of
the controller.
• Make sure your volume is increased to an audible level on
the headset’s in-line control.
• Make sure your volume is increased to an audible level in
the PS4’s console settings.
OTHERS CANNOT HEAR ME:
• Make sure that your LVL 3 headset is not muted – check
the mute switch on the in-line controls.
• Make sure you are speaking clearly into the microphone
and that the microphone is adjusted at a good level near
your mouth.
• Check the connection of the headset audio jack and the
control.

1. Plug the headset’s 3.5mm aux jack in to the base of your PS4
wireless controller.
2. Check your audio settings to ensure that your LVL 3 headset is
selected as the assigned audio device.
From the PS4 home menu, go to “Settings”> select “Devices”>
set your “Volume Control” to a desirable level> select “Output to
Headphones”> select “All Audio”
NOTE: You can mute and unmute your microphone using the
switch located on the in-line control. The orange indicator on the
switch indicates that your headset’s microphone is muted.
From here, you can also adjust your headset’s volume. To adjust
your headset’s mic sensitivity from the PS4 home screen, access
the home menu> select “Settings”> select “Devices”> select
“Audio Devices”> select “Microphone Level” and adjust your
microphone levels to preference.

1. Branchez la prise aux. de 3,5 mm du casque sur la base de
votre manette sans fil PS4.
2. Vérifiez les paramètres audio pour vous assurer que
le casque-micro LVL 3 est sélectionné comme
périphérique audio.
À partir du menu principal de la console PS4, allez sur Paramètres
> Appareils > réglez vos Paramètres de sortie audio au niveau
qui convient > sélectionnez Sortie vers le casque > sélectionnez

À partir de là, vous pouvez également régler le volume de votre
casque-micro. Pour ajuster la sensibilité du micro de votre casque
à partir de l'écran principal de la PS4, accédez au menu principal
> sélectionnez Paramètres > sélectionnez Périphériques >
sélectionnez Périphériques audio > sélectionnez Régler le niveau
du microphone puis ajustez vos niveaux de micro comme il
convient.
