How to troubleshoot no new data in Agilaire 8872?

If no new data is appearing in the database or on the real-time display for your Agilaire Data Loggers, start by checking the Windows Service Manager (Start > Run > services.msc) to ensure that the Site Node Logger and Watchdog services are running. If they aren't running, attempt to manually start them. If the service fails to start, locate the Logs and email them to Agilaire. Also, review the ConfigError file in the Log Directory for any messages.
