Test 6: Peak Volts, Channel 1 (Agilent 53181A Only)
This test verifies the Peak Volts accuracy specification of the Agilent 53181A
Frequency Counter.
Equipment
Agilent 3325B Synthesizer
Agilent 10100C 50Ω Feedthrough
Agilent 10503A BNC Cable
Counter Setup
1Cycle the POWER key to preset the Counter.
2 Press Other Meas key until VOLT PEAKS 1 is displayed.
3 Set CHANNEL 1 and CHANNEL 2 inputs to:
50Ω/1MΩ, 50Ω
X10 Attenuate, Off
100kHz Filter, Off
