Situation:
While the unit is operated manually by using the instrument's keypad and pressing the keys very fast
after each other, the keypad may lock intermittently and keypad operation is only possible after
cycling the power.
Remote operation via the GP-IB interface is not affected.
Solution/Action:
The problem can be solved by a firmware update to Revision 01.11.00
The update will be done at Agilent Service Centers only, please contact Agilent for further
instructions.
