primarily
a
function
of
the
mechanical
mirror translation
stage
in
the
interferometer
.
When
evaluating
this
performance
parameter
,
it
is
important
that
the
REFERENCE
EXTENSION
cables
and
the
TEST
PORT
cable
are
held
in
place
,
as
movement
of
these
components
can
aect
the
measurement.

with
