function
of
the
mechanical

stage
in

interferometer
.
When
evaluating

it

important
that
the
REFERENCE
EXTENSION
cables
and
the
TEST
PORT
cable
are
held
in
place
,
as
movement
of
these
components
can
aect
the
measurement.
