13 Sollar Cell
13.1 Solar Cell Cp-AC Level: Solar Cell Cp-Vac characteristics
(A.05.03.2013.0124_2013.02.27.1)
[Supported Analyzer]
B1500A
[Description]
Measures the anode-cathode capacitance (Cp) of the solar cell with sweeping the signal level (Vac), and plots
the Cp-Vac characteristics.
DC bias output is fixed at Vdc. Vac is swept for the peak-to-peak voltage Vpp to change from VppStart to
VppStop in VppStep steps. The maximum and minimum value of the applied voltage should be kept Vdc, Vdc-
Vpp respectively. The CMU performs spot measurement of the parallel capacitance (Cp) and conductance (G)
at each signal level.
