5. 变速箱内有杂音
或敲击声

(1) 齿轮磨损过大，齿面剥落或轮齿
折断
The gear wear exceeds the normal
value, the tooth surface is peeled or
wheel tooth is broken
(2) 轴承磨损严重或损坏
Bearing worn seriously or damaged
(3) 润滑油不足或油质不符合规定
Lub oil is not efficient. or not in
compliance with the requirements
(1) 更换齿轮
Repalce gear
(2) 更换轴承
Replace bearing
(3) 加足或更换润滑油
Fill or replace lube oil

1. 中央传动噪音增
大
Noise for central

(1) 小圆锥齿轮轴承游隙太大
The bearing play of small cylindrical
gear too large
(2) 齿轮啮合不正常
Gear engagement abnormal
(3) 圆锥齿轮副轴承或齿轮损坏
Bearing of conical gear pair or gear
damaged
(4) 差速器轴磨损，咬死
Differential gear shaft worn or stuck
(5) 行星齿轮或垫片磨损
Planet gear or gasket worn
(6) 差速器轴承磨损或损坏
Differential gear broken or damaged
(1) 按要求调整
Adjust according to requirements
(2) 按要求重新调整
Readjust according to requirements
(3) 更换轴承或齿轮
Replace bearing or gear
(4) 更换差速器轴
Replace the differential gear shaft
(5) 更换行星齿轮或垫片
Replace planetary gear or shims
(6) 更换差速器轴承
Replace differential bearing
2. 小圆锥齿轮轴承
和差速器轴承过热

(2) 检查润滑油位，不足时补充

(3) 重新调整齿侧间隙
