1 发电机不发电
(1) 接线错,接线断,接触不良 (1) 检修线路
Wiring wrong, broken or contact no good. Check & repair the circuits
(2) 转子线圈断路 (2) 检修或更换发电机总成

(3) 整流二极管损坏 (3) 更换二极管

(1) 传动 V 带松弛 (1) 调整传动 V 带张紧度

(2) 碳刷接触不良,滑环有油污 (2) 调整碳刷,清洗滑环
Carbon brush in a bad contact and slide Adjust carbon brush, and clean sliding ring

(3) 调节器损坏

(4) 蓄电池电解液太少或极板硫化严重,
或过于陈旧
