During loading and unloading, the mini- excavator may overturn or fall. Please
take the following safety measures:
Select a solid and flat ground and keep a sufficient distance from the shoulder;
Fix the ramp of sufficient strength and size to the truck compartment, the slope of the
ramp shall not exceed 15 degrees. If the downward curvature of the ramp is too large,
support it with struts or cushion blocks.
Keep the truck compartment and loading surface clean and free of oil, sand, ice,
snow and other foreign matters to prevent the mini- excavator from sideslip. Clean the
caterpillar band.
Wedge the wheels of the transporter to prevent movement.
When loading and unloading the mini- excavator, please follow the signal of the
signalman and walk slowly in low gear.
The route shall not be changed on the slope. Do not turn/swing the mini-excavator
on an inclined plane. It is likely to turn over.
When turning/ swinging on the truck compartment, the footing may not be stable
enough, so it should be carried out slowly; If possible, lock the doors and covers after
loading. Otherwise, doors and covers may be opened during transportation. Chock the
caterpillar band firmly with a wedge, and then fasten the mini- excavator to the truck
compartment with a cable or chain.
Lift the mini- excavator safelymaster and use correct lifting gestures.
Check the lifting equipment every day to see if any parts are damaged or missing,
and replace them if necessary. When hoisting, please use a cable that can lift the
