Aiphone provides a one-year warranty covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty covers free repair or replacement if the product is found to be defective upon examination. Aiphone reserves the right to make the final decision regarding defects and warranty coverage. The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accident, use in violation of instructions, repairs or alterations performed outside the factory, batteries, or damage caused by batteries. It covers bench repairs only, and Aiphone is not responsible for on-site service call costs.
