Step 9

INSTALL the diaphragm retaining bracket and

screws at the front of the assembly.

Step 10

REPEAT steps 2 through 9 for the other

diaphragm on PondAir™ 4 units.

Step 11

REATTACH and secure the upper and lower

casing using the 4 case screws, then replace

the 4 rubber caps protecting the case screws.

Step 12

CHECK the air intake located underneath the

compressor for debris, and then plug in the

compressor to check the airﬂow.

Installation Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Compressor

Remove rubber caps and case screws to expose the compressor's inner components for maintenance.

Step 2: Remove Diaphragm Assembly

Disconnect the diaphragm assembly by removing retaining brackets and mounting screws, then detaching airlines.

Step 3: Install New Diaphragm

Replace the old diaphragm assembly with a new one, reconnecting airlines and securing retaining clips and screws.

Step 4: Reassemble and Check

Reattach compressor casing, secure screws, and check air intake for debris before testing airflow.
