Why Airmax PondSeries Outdoor Fountain will not turn on?

  Your Airmax Outdoor Fountain might not be turning on due to several reasons. First, check if the GFCI has tripped and reset it. Inspect the power cord for any cuts and repair or replace it if necessary. Ensure the intake isn't plugged by cleaning it. Verify that the timer is running by checking its power and battery backup. Make sure there's enough water in the reservoir, bringing the water level up to at least 36 inches at the fountain. Also, the fountain impeller might be stuck, so remove the fountain and clean or replace the impeller. If the breaker tripped due to overcurrent, reduce the current load on the circuit and check other equipment. Lastly, if the breaker tripped to GFCI, for 1/2 HP check GFCI & breaker, and for 1 & 2 HP check overload & breaker.
