Function Description
The AIRROBO Smart Cat Litter Box is designed to automate the cleaning process of cat litter, offering multiple modes of operation and safety features. It includes:
- Automatic Mode: Cleans the litter automatically 1 minute after the cat leaves the barrel.
- Manual Mode: Allows manual control of cleaning (start, pause) via the device or its companion app.
- Timing Mode: Enables scheduled automatic cleaning through the app settings.
- DND (Do Not Disturb) Mode: Allows setting specific times for automatic cleaning via the app.
The device also offers advanced features for health management and remote monitoring:
- Real-time Status Synchronization: Provides real-time updates on the device's operation, including barrel rotation, cat proximity, sensor status, and detection of foreign objects.
- Remote Viewing: A built-in camera allows real-time viewing of the cat's use of the litter box and video playback for health monitoring.
- Health Management: Accurately identifies and records each cat's toileting information, pushes video notifications to the app, and provides statistics on weight, frequency, and duration of use for the current day, last 7 days, and the year.

Usage Features
Key-based Operation:
- Litter Replacement (Trash Can Icon): Single short press to start/pause litter change. Can be canceled by resetting automatically or disconnecting power.
- Child Lock Key (Lock Icon): Press and hold for 3 seconds; green light flashes twice. Unlocked with the same operation.
- Cleaning (Brush Icon): Single short press to start/pause cleaning.
- Network Distribution (Wi-Fi Icon): Press and hold for 3 seconds; blue light flashes continuously.
- Smooth/Reducing Tare Weight (Weight Icon): Single short press for start/pause smoothing; double click to reset weight to 0 for accurate measurement.
- Restore Factory Settings (Plus/Minus Icon): Press and hold both keys simultaneously for 5 seconds to restore default configuration parameters.
Indicator Lights:
- Status Indicator Light (Base):
- Blue light constantly on: Normal operation.
- Green light flashes twice: Child lock.
- Blue light flashes continuously: Network distribution.
- Blue light flashes twice: Reducing tare weight.
- Green light constantly on: Cat using toilet or device subjected to gravity (stationary).
- Red light on: Barrel rotating, cat using toilet, or device subjected to gravity (returns to normal 5s after gravity disappears); also on for 5s then resumes when object approaches and triggers radar detection; always on when rear cover is open.
- Red light flashes for 10s: Foreign object identification.
- White light flashes: Restore factory settings.
- White light always on: During firmware upgrade (flashes twice if key function triggered).

- Litter change indicator constantly on: Litter change starts.
- Litter change indicator flashes: Litter change pauses.
- Cleanup indicator constantly on: Cleanup starts.

Assembly and Installation:
- Place the barrel on the base, ensuring the rotating shaft is inserted into the slot of the base support.
- Insert the rear cover into the slot of the base.
- Connect to power to turn on; the device will automatically reset. Disconnect power to turn off.
APP Operation:
- Download "AIR Pet App" from AppStore or Android App market.
- After registration and login, the device enters Wi-Fi configuration.
- Press and hold the cleanup key on the device for 3s; the blue light flashes continuously.
- Scan the QR code on the base (or manually enter serial number if damaged).
- Enter 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi password.
- Device can be used normally after network distribution.
Safety Features (Multiple Protection Mechanism):
- Radar Protection (Level 1): Stops barrel rotation when a moving object approaches; resumes when object withdraws.
- Weighing Protection (Level 2): Stops barrel rotation when an object >500g enters or presses the barrel; resumes when gravity weakens.
- Locked-Motor Protection (Level 3): Stops rotation if engine resistance increases; requires human intervention to release.
- Anti-Pinch Protection (Level 4): Innovative structural design ensures no risk of cat getting stuck even if sensors fail.
Maintenance Features
Replacement of Garbage Bags:
- Open the toilet bin cover and remove the garbage bag frame.
- Retrieve the toilet bin with the plastic bag.
- Replace the garbage bag and press the frame back into place.
- Put the toilet bin back and cover it.
Replacement of Cat Litter:
- Empty all litter from the toilet bin and replace the garbage bag to prevent door blockage.
- Short press the litter change key once to trigger one-key litter change; press again to pause.
- Wait for barrel rotation to complete, then empty old litter and replace garbage bag.
- Add new cat litter from the cat's entrance to the roller, not exceeding the MAX line.
- Note: If one-key litter change is activated by mistake, it can be reset by disconnecting and reconnecting power.
Cleanup of the Product:
- Empty cat litter and disconnect power.
- Remove rear cover and barrel.
- Wash the barrel and rear cover with water. The toilet bin can also be removed. Thoroughly wipe and dry all washable parts.
- Note: Place the drum at an angle after washing to drain residual water and prevent seepage into the floor.
- Wipe base appearance parts with wet wipes (electronic parts cannot be washed directly).
- After cleaning and drying, reinstall the device and reconnect power.
Handling of Abnormalities:
- Abnormal Camera: Wipe large lens and camera on base; reconnect power to confirm.
- Abnormal Motor: Check for foreign objects (litter, hair) in gears; ensure barrel is placed properly; reconnect power to confirm.
- Abnormal Weighing: Ensure ground is flat and all four foot pads are on the same horizontal plane; reconnect power to confirm.
- Inaccurate Foreign Object Identification: Wipe large lens and camera on base; place in indoor natural environment to confirm.
- Cat Litter Cannot Be Cleaned: Check if garbage bag, cat litter, or litter block the deodorization cover; remove foreign matters.
- Device Cannot Be Bound: Restore factory settings by pressing and holding cleaning and smoothing keys for 5s.
- Inaccurate Weighing Data: Power off and restart for weighing calibration.
Precautions:
- Ensure cat is 4 months old or weighs >1.5 kg for maximum safety.
- Place on a flat, hard ground, free of foreign objects.
- Avoid placing on edges or high locations to prevent falls.
- Ensure no surrounding objects interfere with weighing; top should be clear.
- Place near a Wi-Fi signal source, away from strong interference.
- Ensure litter bag is properly covered and does not block deodorization cover.
- Ensure litter bin is replaced and cover is tightly closed.
- Lift device from under the base when moving; do not drag.
- Avoid applying pressure to prevent damage or abnormal weighing.
- Do not open the door when the barrel is rotating.
- Do not push the door beyond its maximum angle.
- Do not exceed the MAX line when adding cat litter.
- Use the special charger provided.
- Keep away from fire sources; maintain dry and clean to prevent moisture damage to electronics.
- Preserve original packaging for transportation and storage.

Warranty Terms:
- Warranty Period: One year.
- Scope: Free maintenance for non-human performance faults, confirmed by UBTECH after-sales service.
- Beyond Warranty: Paid repair services available for issues outside warranty scope (e.g., expired warranty, missing/altered warranty card/invoice, unauthorized disassembly, improper use, physical damage, natural aging, force majeure). Replaced parts in paid repairs have a 90-day warranty.
- Proof of Purchase: Purchase invoice/voucher and warranty card required for maintenance. If unavailable, activation date or 90 days after manufacture date (based on SN) is considered the start of warranty.
