Troubleshooting the Unit
Symptom Solution
No power — fan, lamp,
Check to see if the cord is plugged in and the unit

electron generator do

Fan is not working.
Check to make sure the unit is plugged in. If fan still

over-tighten the screw). If the lamp doesn’t work,
replace with a new Module. If the lamp still doesn’t
work, call 1-866-GREAT-AIR (1-866-473-2824).
