The MODEL INFORMATION ERROR on your AirStage Air Conditioner typically indicates a problem with the power supply circuit, such as voltage drop or noise, or defective electrical parts in the indoor unit. This error usually resolves itself, and the model information stored in the EEPROM is recovered automatically.
