What to do if my Airthereal Air Cleaner has no power?

If your Airthereal Air Cleaner isn't powering on, first, try plugging it into a different outlet to rule out an issue with the original power source. If that doesn't work, it may be due to a damaged power cord or a defective DC adapter. If the unit is defective or malfunctioning, discontinue use immediately.
