Function Description:
The AIMIC-M4 serves two primary functions: as a "talking microphone" and as a "moving speaker."
As a "talking microphone," it is ideal for daily teleconferences and online video conferences (such as WeChat and Tencent conferences) where clear communication is often challenging. The device acts as both a voice pickup and playback equipment, supporting a voice pickup distance of 3 meters. It incorporates echo cancellation and automatic voice enhancement technologies to significantly improve call quality.
As a "moving speaker," the AIMIC-M4 is a portable speaker known for its aesthetic design and sound quality. Equipped with a large-capacity built-in battery, it offers versatile connectivity options. Users can connect it to computers, mobile phones, and other multimedia devices through either wired or wireless (Bluetooth) connections to enjoy an excellent music playing experience.
Usage Features:
As a "Talking Microphone":
- Power On: Long press the power button for approximately 2 seconds to turn on the device.
- Turn on Bluetooth: Press the Bluetooth button. The blue light of the Bluetooth button will become steady, indicating that Bluetooth is active.
As a "Moving Speaker":
- Method 1: Connect via Bluetooth
- Connect mobile phones, computers, and other terminals through Bluetooth.
- Method 2: Connect via TYPE-C Data Cable
- Power On: Long press the power button for approximately 2 seconds to turn on the device.
- Connect Computer with Data Cable: Insert the Type-C cable to connect to a PC. The Bluetooth button's blue light will be steady on, confirming a successful connection.
- Note: The current version does not support direct OTG data line connection to mobile phones.
The AIMIC-M4 features several intuitive buttons for easy operation:
- Volume +/- (Buttons 2 and 3): Short press to adjust the volume.
- Mute (Button 4): Short press to switch the microphone status (mute/unmute).
- Power (Button 5): Long press to turn the device on or off.
- Bluetooth (Button 6): Short press to enable Bluetooth. Another short press will disable Bluetooth. This button is also used to connect to other Bluetooth devices.
- Tel (Button 1): In a call scenario, short press this button to connect or hang up the call.
Quick Guide:
Power On/Off:
- Power On: Long press the power button for about 2 seconds. All five panels of volume indicators will light up and then turn off, signaling that the device has successfully powered on.
- Power Off: Long press the power button for 2 seconds to power off the device.
Charging:
- Use the provided USB cable to connect the device to a PC or a suitable charger.
Maintenance Features:
Check the Battery:
- When the device is powered on, the breathing indicator on the power button provides a visual cue of the power status.
- If the power level is below 20%, the power button will display a red LED breathing light, indicating low battery.
- For an accurate power check, charge the device, and it will automatically broadcast the power status.
Important Notes for First Use and Charging:
- Initial Charge: When using the device for the first time, it is recommended to charge it for 1 hour to ensure sufficient power.
- Charging Indicator: When the adapter is connected, the device will enter a charging state (whether powered on or off), and the blue LED in the middle will breathe.
- Full Charge Indicator: After a full charge, the power key LED light will remain white and constant.
- Low Power Warning: If the power is below 20%, the LED light of the power button will turn red and breathe, indicating low power. Please charge promptly.
- Troubleshooting: If the device does not work properly, check the power status.
