Troubleshooting
If your heater fails to operate, or you experience any other problem with the
appliance, check in the table below for solutions to common problems that
may be solved without a service call.
Fault Possible cause Rectification
The appliance
will not switch
on.
The plug is not connected. Insert the plug firmly into
the mains power socket.
The mains power socket is
not supplying power.
Check the house’s mains
fuse or circuit breaker.
The appliance
is not
providing
heat.
The main switch is not
switched on.
Set the Power On/Off
switch to “I”.
The heating element is
defective.
