PLAYBACK

USING

MODEL

GX-280D

TAPE

DECK

Please

check

the

following

prior

to

operation.

*

As

tapes

which

have

not

been

used

for

a

period

of

time

may

have

become

sticky,

run

once

before

using.

*

Tape

is

loaded

properly.

Model

GX

280D

does

not

include

power

amplifiers

or

speakers.

It

is,

therefore,.necessary

to

provide

an

external

amplifier

and

a

pair

of

speakers

for

playback.

Connect

the

Line

Outputs

to

the

Tape

Inputs

of

the

external

stereo

amplifier

and

connect

two

speakers

to

the

amplifier.

Connect

power

cord

and

load

a

tape.

Stereo

Playback

Turn

on

Power

Switch.

Depress

STEREO

Track

Selector

Button.

Depress

Speed

Selector

Button

according

to

desired

speed.

Set

Monitor

Switch

to

TAPE

position.
