check whether the fuse 1.6A is OK or not.
replace the fuse 1.6A.
check whether there is 230V alternating
current of the transformer in elementary.
check the plug,power
buttonare all right or not.
check whether there is 14V*2,11V*2 8.5V alternating
voltage output in the transformer vice-level 2 or not.
replace the transformer.
