The current fader, knob and button assignments are as follows:
Enable the MPD226 Transport and sync with Logic Pro X
1. In Logic, select File > Project Settings > Synchronization.
2. Click on the MIDI tab
3. Next to Transmit MIDI Clock, check off the box for Destination 1 and in the drop-down menu,
select MPD226 Port A.
4. Under MIDI Machine Control (MMC), check off the box for Listen to MMC Input.
The Logic X preset on the MPD226 should already be set to the proper settings and you should see the
transport (Play/Stop/Record) start working immediately. If not, check your Clock Source Setting and
Transport Type on the MPD226:
1. Press GLOBAL on the MPD226.
2. Use the right arrow to find the Clock Source page.
3. Set this to External.
4. Press the EDIT button.
5. Press the PLAY button to edit the Transport.
6. Set the Type to MMC/MIDI.
