      If coffee isn't flowing into the glass carafe, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, the paper filter holder might not be inserted correctly, preventing the anti-drip function from activating. Remove and re-insert the paper filter holder until it locks into position. Secondly, the glass carafe might not be correctly placed on the warming plate, which also deactivates the anti-drip function. Ensure the glass carafe is properly placed on the warming plate.
