countries it is not allowed to use other settings than the allowed settings.
1. Select factory default settings
This is the start setting when radio is powered for the first time or the setting which shall
be used when the country switching shall be disabled. The factory default setting for
sales to Germany is dE. The setting can be modified to all of the following country
settings depending on the country where the radio shall be sold and used:
Jumpers responsible for start setting: P1, P2, P3
U UK setting 40 FM : P1 : Short P2: Open P3: Open
E Spain setting 40/AM/FM, 4W AM: P1 : Open P2: Short P3: Open
dE Germany : P1 : Short P2: Short P3: Open
EU Europe AM/FM, 40 Ch P1 : Open P2 : Open P3 : Short
EC CEPT 40 FM P1 : Open . P2 : Short P3 : Short
Po Poland Area : P1 : Short P2 : Short P3 : Short
