8.1. Time and Date
The rst time you listen to DAB radio the device will automatically update the time and date. If you
do wish to set the time and date manually, follow the steps below:
1. Select <Time> and conrm with OK. <Set Time/Date> is displayed, conrm with OK.
2. Set time is displayed and the hour digits will ash. Rotate the Volume knob to select the correct
hour and move to the next digit with OK. You can go back to last digits by pressing Back.
In the Time and Date menu you can also set the following options
• 12/24 hour clock display
• The date format, DD-MM-YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY
• The source of time update DAB, FM, DAB and FM or no update.
8.2. Sleep Timer
8.2.1. Activate the Sleep Timer
You can set your radio to turn off automatically using the sleep timer. You can choose these Sleep
times: Off, 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 minutes.
1. Select <Sleep> and conrm with OK.
2. Use the rotary knob to scroll through the available sleep times and conrm your desired sleep
time by pressing OK.
3. The sleep time countdown is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
8.2.2. Cancel the Sleep timer
Follow the procedure described above but select Sleep Time: Off.
8.3. Display backlight timeout
You can adjust the display backlight timeout. Available options are:
(Permanently) On, 10, 20, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, and 180 seconds
A ‘*’ will be displayed next to the currently selected setting.
1. Select <Backlight> and conrm with OK.
2. <Timeout> is displayed, conrm again. Scroll through the options using the rotary knob and
conrm your desired setting by pressing OK.
8.4. Display language
You can change the display language of your radio, there are 6 options available:
English, Deutsch, Francais, Italiano, Nederlands and Norsk
A ‘*’ is displayed next to the currently selected setting.
1. Select <Language> and conrm with OK.
2. Scroll through the options using the rotary knob and conrm your desired setting by pressing
OK.
8.5. Software version
You can check the software version of your radio.
1. Select <SW Version> and conrm with OK.
2. The software version will be displayed.
