2. For your own protection, obtain a proof of delivery receipt. Shipping
costs are your responsibility.
3. You must enclose with the unit the following information:
a. Your name, complete return address and written description of the
problem. (No PO Box please.)
b. A telephone number where you can be reached during normal
business hours.
c. A copy of your dated sales receipt or invoice.
Note: Failure to obtain an RMA number prior to returning the device can
result in extended delays and the device may be returned to you without
servicing.
