This document is a user guide and manual for a Gazebo Replacement Netting, sold under the ALDI and GARDENLINE™ brands. It provides instructions for assembly, a parts list, warranty information, and contact details for after-sales support.
Function Description:
The Gazebo Replacement Netting is designed to replace the netting on a Gardenline® 10 x 10 ft. (3 x 3 m) Gazebo. Its primary function is to provide a screened enclosure for the gazebo, offering protection from insects while allowing air circulation. The netting panels attach to the gazebo structure, creating a walled space.
Important Technical Specifications:
- Compatibility: Specifically designed for Gardenline® 10 x 10 ft. (3 x 3 m) Gazebos.
- Components:
- 4 Netting Panels
- 32 Plastic Rings (for attachment)
- Material: The tent fabric meets CPAI-84 specifications for flame resistance, though it is not fireproof and will burn if in continuous contact with a flame source.
- Loading Limit: The hook on the gazebo (not included with the netting, but relevant for overall gazebo use) has a loading limit of 10 lbs (4.5 kg).
- Product Code: 47052
- Model Number: 47052-15
- Date of Production: 04/2015
Usage Features:
- Easy Assembly: The netting is designed for straightforward installation. Plastic rings are inserted into grommets on the netting and then hooked around the cross beams of the gazebo.
- Enclosed Space: Creates a screened area within the gazebo, ideal for outdoor relaxation without the nuisance of insects.
- Ventilation: While enclosing the space, the netting material allows for air flow.
- Weather Considerations:
- The canopy (not included with the netting) should not be left attached in windy or extreme conditions.
- The gazebo itself can be affected by wind; ensure all corner ropes are firmly secured with stakes and all stakes at the bottom of the panels are fully inserted into the ground.
- In adverse weather, it is strongly recommended to remove the main canopy to prevent damage.
- This product is designed for leisure use only and is not a shelter against adverse weather conditions.
Maintenance Features:
- Storage: When storing the gazebo (and presumably the netting), ensure it is completely dry to prevent mildew or damage.
- Cleaning: While not explicitly detailed for the netting, general care for outdoor fabric typically involves gentle cleaning.
- Frame Maintenance (Gazebo, not netting): Steel components of garden accessories and furniture are treated with rust-inhibiting paint. To minimize rust, avoid scratching the paint during assembly and handling. If scratches occur, touch up immediately with rust-inhibiting paint. Surface rust can be removed with a light application of cooking oil. Addressing rust promptly prevents staining on decks or patios.
- Warranty: A 2-year warranty from the date of purchase covers free repair, exchange, or refund, with no transport costs.
- Warranty Exclusions: Damage from accidents (lightning, wind, water, fire), improper use/transport, bursting/cracking of tubing due to water/freezing temperatures, general frame rusting, disregard of safety/maintenance instructions, improper treatment/modification, and normal fading of fabrics are not covered.
- Claim Process: To make a claim, send the faulty item, original receipt, and a properly completed warranty card, along with all components in the original packaging.
- After-Sales Support: Available Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, via phone at 1-800-599-8898 or email at support@tdcusainc.com.
