WARNING!
Always take care when removing the packaging to
prevent damage to you or to the hedge trimmer.
Before taking the hedge trimmer out of the packaging,
check all the parts indicated in the manual are in the
box. Inspect all the parts for signs of damage. Do not
use the hedge trimmer if there is any signs of damage.
Contact After Sales Support for advice.
Make sure that the hedge trimmer is not connected with
power supply or extension cord before assembly.
Mounting the safety guard
1. Fit the safety guard(3) into position and fix securely with the
two screws on both sides of the housing (See FIG B).
Mounting the cord strain relief
Double the extension cord, about a foot from the end. Lead the
loop through the hole on the rear safety guard and hook the
loop over the cord hook. Gently pull on the cord to ensure that it
is firmly attached at the handle (FIG C).
