Overview

This document provides assembly instructions and usage guidelines for the GARDENLINE Table Top Pizza Oven, an outdoor cooking appliance designed for baking pizzas and heating food.

Function Description:

The Table Top Pizza Oven is designed to cook pizzas and other food items outdoors using solid biomass fuels. It features a main oven body, a firebox for fuel, a pizza stone for cooking, a door to retain heat, and a chimney pipe for smoke exhaust. The oven is intended for private, outdoor use and is not suitable for commercial applications or indoor use due to the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. It operates by burning dry, natural firewood, twigs, or woody biomass fuels (pellets) in the firebox, which then heats the oven chamber and pizza stone to baking temperatures.

Important Technical Specifications:

  • Model: PO-001
  • Dimensions (W × D × H): 78 x 35 x 74 cm
  • Weight: Approximately 8.5 kg
  • Fuel: Wooden pellets (dry, natural firewood, twigs, or other woody biomass fuels)
  • Max. fuel capacity: 50 cm³
  • Pizza size: Approximately 11 inches (27 cm) in diameter

  • Fuel Type: Only dry, natural firewood, twigs, or woody biomass fuels (pellets) should be used. Plywood, coal, and liquid fuels are strictly prohibited as they can cause damage or fire.
  • Preheating: The oven requires 15 to 25 minutes to preheat and reach baking temperature after lighting. For the first use, it should be heated up 1-2 times with a filled firebox before cooking food.
  • Pizza Baking: The baking time varies depending on dough thickness, topping, and oven temperature. Users are advised to add fuel just before placing the pizza, use a pizza peel to insert and remove the pizza, and rotate the pizza after 10-20 seconds to ensure even baking.
  • Safety Precautions:
    • Always wear heat-resistant gloves (contact heat resistance level 2 or higher according to DIN EN 407) when handling the hot product.
    • Use long-handled tools with heat-resistant handles for placing and turning food.
    • Never touch metal parts of the oven during operation as they become very hot.
    • Do not move the oven during operation.
    • Ensure the product is placed on a secure, level surface, clear of combustible materials (at least 1.5 m away from wood, treated wood decks, patios, porches, etc.).

    • Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or re-lighting; only use firelighters complying with EN 1860-3.
    • Keep children and pets away from the hot product.
    • Have a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit ready in case of an accident.
    • Avoid using the product in high winds.
    • Do not wear loose-flowing sleeves while lighting or using the product.
    • Never bend over the hot product during usage.
    • Let steam escape first when opening the door to avoid burns.
  • Assembly: The assembly process involves unfolding the legs, assembling the firebox and door using a Phillips screwdriver and M5x10 screws, attaching the chimney pipe, and finally inserting the pizza stone, door, and firebox into the oven body. All holes should be clear of paint before assembly.
