Overview

This document provides installation and operating instructions for the NTSA and NTSC series sauna heaters.

Function Description:

The NTSA and NTSC series sauna heaters are designed for small sauna rooms, providing heat for a sauna experience. These heaters are ETL approved for permanent installations and electrical connections, featuring splash-proof construction to protect conducting parts from water. The NTSA series heaters are equipped with an NTS-100 on-heater digital control panel, while the NTSC series heaters utilize an NTS-300 wall-mounted digital control panel. Both control panels (NTS-300 and NTS-100) are designed for family use.

The control panels allow users to adjust the sauna temperature and set a timer for when the heater starts and stops. The NTS-300 control panel features a temperature display (range 43-221°F, adjustable 158-194°F), a time display (maximum preset time 12 hours, maximum operating time 60 minutes), heating and control heating indicators, and external light and fan indicators. It includes buttons for START/STOP, temperature and time setting, pause, light control, and fan control. The NTS-100 control panel offers similar functionalities with a temperature display (range 43-221°F, adjustable 158-194°F), time display (maximum preset time 10 hours, maximum operating time 60 minutes), heating and temperature-preserving indicators, and external light indicator. It also has START/STOP, temperature and time setting, and light control buttons. Both controls feature an automatic heating control function that compares room temperature with the user-set value to decide which heating elements to activate.

Safety features include a manual reset thermostat (KT2) within the sauna heater that cuts off heating elements if abnormal high temperatures occur. The temperature sensor box also has a built-in temperature limiting thermostat (KT1) that automatically turns off the heater if the sauna room temperature rises to an abnormally high level. Both KT1 and KT2 require manual resetting after the temperature falls back to normal and power is turned off.
