  If the power supply to your Alka Viva Water Filtration System is suddenly cut off, it may be due to elevated salt levels or high TDS in the water, extended operation at a high pH level, or a sudden flux in electrical current. Wait for about 30-60 minutes; the unit will become operational again. The ionizer has a built-in safety mechanism to protect the electrodes and circuitry from overuse or excessive electric current, which will automatically shut down the ionizer.

  There are several reasons for low alkaline water output from your Alka Viva Water Filtration System. It could be due to a clogged filter (possibly caused by a sudden drop in water quality), low water pressure in your plumbing, or a bent or kinked input hose. Try these solutions: * Replace your filter and clean the pre-filter. * Ensure that your water supply valves are fully open, as the water pressure in your house may be too low. * Straighten the bent hose.
