Check that the plug is plugged in
properly
2. Check the Power is ON at the wall
3. Press the setting icon
1. Not enough water in tank
2. The cannula is not properly
connected
3. The bubbler is not properly

4. TDS value of the distilled water is
too high
1. Fill the water tank to the top line on
the water viewing panel.
2. Ensure the cannula is properly
connected and there are no tangles,
kinks or that the tube is blocked with
water
3. Replace and flush with distilled water
(TDS<3) water in the tank and start
it again
4. Contact your Sales Support Team
1. Unit has been tilted more than 30
degrees and will return an
imbalance error
1. Place machine on a level surface and
restart the machine.
1. Scale formation in electrolytic cell
2. The display is abnormal
3. The TDS value is too high

1. Add more distilled water (TDS<3) or
2. Drain out water from the tank until
the water level is below the top
