LimitedWarranty
ALL-POWER AMERICA warrantstotheoriginalpurchaserwhousestheproductin
a consumerapplication(personal,residentialor householdusage)thatall
productscoveredunderthiswarrantyarefree fromdefectsinmaterialand
workmanshipfor oneyearfromthedateof purchase.All productscovered
bythislimitedwarrantywhichareusedin commercialapplications(i.e.
incomeproducing)arewarrantedto befreeofdefectsin materialand
workmanshipfor 90 daysfromthe dateof originalpurchase.Products
coveredunderthiswarrantyincludeaircompressors,airtools,service
parts,pressurewashers,andgenerators.
ALL-POWER AMERICA willrepairor replace,at ALL-POWER AMERICA's sole
option productsorcomponentswhichhavefailedwithinthewarrantyperiod.
Servicewillbe scheduledaccordingto the normalworkflowandbusiness
hoursattheservicecenterlocation,andtheavailabilityof replacementparts.
Alldecisionsof ALL-POWER AMERICA withregardtothislimitedwarrantyshallbefinal.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveother
rightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
RESPONSIBILITYOFORIGINALPURCHASER(initialUser):
Toprocessawarrantyclaimonthisproduct,DONOTreturnitemto the
retailer.Theproductmustbeevaluatedby anAuthorizedWarranty

• Retainoriginalcashregistersalesreceiptasproofof purchasefor
warrantywork.
• Usereasonablecarein theoperationandmaintenanceoftheproductas
describedinthe OwnersManual(s).
• Deliverorshipthe productto the nearestAuthorizedWarrantyService
Center.Freightcosts,ifany,mustbe paidby the purchaser.
• Aircompressorswith60 and80gallontankswillbe inspectedatthesite
ofinstallation.ContactthenearestAuthorizedWarrantyServiceCenter
thatprovideson-siteservicecallsforservicecallarrangements.
• If thepurchaserdoesnotreceivesatisfactoryresultsfromthe
AuthorizedWarrantyServiceCenter,the purchasershouldcontact
ALL-POWER AMERICA.
