  If your Allersearch Vaporizer isn't producing mist, it could be due to several reasons: the water reservoir is empty, the unit isn't on a level surface, mineral deposits have formed on the heater or removable heat cone, or the water reservoir was washed with detergent. To resolve this, fill the reservoir with water and ensure the unit is placed on a level surface. Clean the heater and removable heat cone as described in the weekly maintenance instructions. Also, rinse the reservoir thoroughly with clean water and dry it.

  If the empty water level indicator lamp is lit on your Allersearch Vaporizer, it means the water reservoir is empty, or the unit wasn't switched off and allowed to cool after refilling, or the heating element is encrusted with scale, causing the protection thermostat to trip. Refill the water reservoir. Then, disconnect the power cord, switch off the unit, and let it cool for 15 minutes before switching it back on. If the issue persists, unplug the power cord and clean the unit.
