What to do if my Allersearch Vaporizer has no mist?
- J
  Jeffrey PerezAug 2, 2025
If your Allersearch Vaporizer isn't producing mist, it could be due to several reasons: the water reservoir is empty, the unit isn't on a level surface, mineral deposits have formed on the heater or removable heat cone, or the water reservoir was washed with detergent. To resolve this, fill the reservoir with water and ensure the unit is placed on a level surface. Clean the heater and removable heat cone as described in the weekly maintenance instructions. Also, rinse the reservoir thoroughly with clean water and dry it.

What to do if the empty water level indicator lamp is illuminated on my Allersearch Vaporizer?

  Melissa CampbellAug 13, 2025
If the empty water level indicator lamp is lit on your Allersearch Vaporizer, it means the water reservoir is empty, or the unit wasn't switched off and allowed to cool after refilling, or the heating element is encrusted with scale, causing the protection thermostat to trip. Refill the water reservoir. Then, disconnect the power cord, switch off the unit, and let it cool for 15 minutes before switching it back on. If the issue persists, unplug the power cord and clean the unit.

If water is overflowing from the tank of your Allersearch Vaporizer, it could be due to a leaking tank or a loose tank cap. Before each use, check that the tank lid is securely closed, the tank has no cracks or damages, and the membrane valve closes properly. Also, tighten the tank cap.

If the switch is ON, but the operation indicator lamp is off on your Allersearch Vaporizer, it's likely the unit isn't plugged in or there's no power at the outlet. Plug the unit in and check the circuits, fuses, and outlet with a tester.
