  Several factors can cause a short battery discharge time in your Allsai UPS. It could be due to the battery being undercharged; in this case, keep the UPS battery recharging for more than 3 hours. Another reason might be the UPS being overloaded; check the load level and disconnect any non-critical equipment. Lastly, the battery may be aging and losing capacity, consider replacing it with a new one and contact the supplier to get the new batteries and spare parts.
