If your Alpha Outback Energy Inverter's buzzer is beeping continuously and the red LED is illuminated due to an overload error (inverter is overload 110% and time is up), reduce the connected load by switching off some equipment. Also, if the PV input voltage is higher than specification, reduce the number of PV modules in series or the connected load.

What to do if my Alpha Outback Energy SPC Inverter works in battery mode even when mains exist?

If your Alpha Outback Energy Inverter is operating in battery mode despite mains being available, check if the AC breaker is tripped and the AC wiring is properly connected. Also, check if AC wires are too thin or too long and ensure the generator (if in use) is functioning correctly and the input voltage range setting is correct. You may also need to change output source priority to “USB” (utility first).

What to do if Alpha Outback Energy SPC buzzer beeps and the red LED is on because of high temperature?

If your Alpha Outback Energy Inverter's buzzer is beeping continuously and the red LED is on because the temperature of the internal converter component is over 120°C, check whether the air flow of the unit is blocked or whether the ambient temperature is too high. If the output voltage is abnormal (below 190Vac or higher than 260Vac) reduce the connected load. If the error happens again, please return to repair center. If the unit shows other problems, such as fan fault, replace the fan.
