Care Go Quick Setup Guide
Quick Setup Steps(Owner):
1. Read the user manual, search “Care Go” in APP Store or Google
Play Store to download Care Go APP;
2. Open the APP, register your account and allow the permission requests;
3. Tap “Add Device” and “Connect” in the following steps;
4. Press the button at the bottom of the Care Go device, make sure that the
device indicator flashes in red, green and blue;
5. Go back to the APP and select the Care Go device to be connected,
rename to finish the pairing process;
6. Choose “Add Protector”(Recommended) or skip.

• SOS Mode: In an emergency, the Owner can activate SOS Mode by pulling upward the upper part of the Care Go device. This action triggers an immediate notification to all designated Protectors via the Care Go APP. The notification, such as "Grandpa Clyde needs you help!" or "Grandpa Clyde Is asking for help," alerts Protectors to the Owner's distress. Upon receiving the alert, Protectors can view the Owner's real-time location on a map within the app and take appropriate action, such as calling the Owner or navigating to their location. The alarm in SOS Mode can only be cancelled by the Owner using their smartphone, ensuring that accidental activations are not dismissed by Protectors without the Owner's confirmation.

Follow Me Mode is activated by twisting clockwise the upper part of the Care Go device.
