The ALPINE 5903 is a compact disc player designed for use inthe car. Itenables you to enjoy di-
gital audio of wide dynamic range and clear sound while you are driving. In addition, the Alpine
5903 comes with an array of convenient and easy-to-operate features. Please read this manu-
al thoroughly to familiarize yourself with each control and function.

Can play 3 inch discs without using adaptor ring.
4-TIME OVERSAMPLING DIGITAL FILTER
SCAN PLAY
POWER LOADING/SELF LOADING:
It gently pulls the partially inserted compact disc into the play position and begins playback.
MLLX.:
When the M.|.X. switch is pressed, the microprocessor inside the 5903 wiil randomly se-
lect tracks for playback. After all tracks have been played, the M.1.X. feature will go into Re-
peat Mode and begin a new random sequence.
DUAL PRE-AMP OUTPUTS:
The 5803 allows you to expand your system easily with its Dual Outputs and Pre-Amp Faa-
er.
QUICK RELEASE BRACKET (Q.R.B.)
Alpine's exclusive O.R.B. design allows for easy removal and insertion of the 5903 while
still maintaining the unit's memory. The 5903 can be removed and hidden in the vehicle, or
taken with the owner for theft prevention. This Q.R.B. is compatible with all Alpine O.R.B.
units that have RCA Connectors.
