  If you're not getting sound from one or both speakers, try these steps: * Ensure the speaker stand cable is properly connected to both speakers. * Increase the volume by pushing the “+” button. * Check the volume level on the computer operating system or other audio source and set it at a mid-level. * If using the auxiliary input, check that the 3.5 mm stereo cable is firmly connected to the correct jacks on the audio source. * Make sure the 3.5 mm stereo cable is connected to the “line-out,” “audio-out,” or the headphone jack of the audio source. * Test the speakers on another audio device to rule out a problem with the original audio source.

  If no LEDs are lit, it could be due to a few reasons: * The power isn’t turned on. Turn on the speaker system by pushing the power button on the right satellite. An LED will light on the front of the right satellite when the power is ON. * The speaker system is not connected to a laptop computer or PC via the USB port. Connect the speaker system to a laptop computer or PC via the USB port. * The laptop computer or PC is in sleep mode. Make sure the computer is active.
