  If the Altomed Medical Equipment fails to operate, first, ensure the unit is properly plugged into a functioning power outlet, referring to figure 5a. If plugged in, verify the power outlet and switch (figure 5e), and check the green pressure line connection at the back of the unit (figure 5b). As a last resort, let the unit sit unplugged for 10 minutes with the green pressure line connected (figure 5b). If these steps do not resolve the issue, the internal parts may have failed, and the machine should be sent for repair.

  If you're experiencing poor pressure of both fluid and air in your Altomed Medical Equipment, start by checking the green pressure line for a secure connection at the back of the unit (figure 5b). Also, inspect the line for any cracks or leaks. Make sure that the cap or connector gaskets aren't damaged or missing by checking inside the cap for the gasket and inspecting the tubing connectors for the presence and correct placement of black gaskets. If the issue persists, the pump unit may have failed, requiring the machine to be sent for repair.

  If you experience no or poor fluid flow in your Altomed Medical Equipment, begin by checking the fluid level in the bottle and ensuring the bottle cap is tight. Then check the green pressure line for a secure connection at the back of the system (figure 5b). Verify that the white gasket is present inside the cap and that the black gaskets on the tubing connectors are present and correct. If the fluid valve is not opening, do not use the machine and send it for repair.
