  If your Altrad Belle Power Tool engine isn't starting, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the fuel tap is open and that the fuel tank is adequately filled. If the engine is switched off, turn it on. For a fouled spark plug, clean it and reset the plug gap. If the engine is cold, close the choke. If the engine is flooded (Honda), open the choke, fully open the throttle, and pull the recoil starter until the engine fires. For Hatz engines, move the speed control to stop, pull the recoil starter 5 times, and then repeat the start procedure.
