ELECTRICAL AND DATA CONNECTIONS
CAUTION
Use the shielded cable for the external input/output signals and connect the
shielded part to the ground.
I/O Configurations
The I/O signals can be configured for SOURCING or SINKING.
The IS-300CA Basic and Advanced come configured as SINKING. Customer can change the input
terminals to SOURCING.
The IS-300CA EtherNet/IP
TM
comes configured as SOURCING. Customer can change the input
terminals to SINKING. That will disable the EtherNet/IP
TM
and unit will function like a normal
Advanced unit without Ethernet
