This document describes the AMAZE 420W Electric Smart Wall Panel Heaters, available in both SOLO (single panel) and DUAL (double panel) configurations. These heaters are designed to provide efficient room heating at a low cost, utilizing Natural Convection technology. Heat is generated behind the heater in the space between the panel and the wall, and an efficient updraft of heat circulates into the room, creating comfortable warmth.
Function Description:
The AMAZE Smart Panel Heaters are designed to provide supplemental or primary heating for various rooms. They operate on the principle of natural convection, where heat generated by the panel rises, drawing cooler air from below and circulating warm air throughout the room. This method ensures a gentle and consistent warmth without the use of fans, making them quiet in operation. The smart functionality allows for control and programming via a smartphone or tablet using the EWELink Smart Application, offering convenience and energy efficiency.

- Safety Features: The surface of the appliance is designed to be "safer" to touch due to its low thermal conductivity. However, it is important to note that the appliance surface is HOT when in use, so caution is advised, especially around children or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities. The heaters are equipped with a 2-core cable only, and any modification of the cable or removal of the factory fitted plug voids the warranty.
- Mounting: Wall-mounted only. The heaters are designed for permanent wall installation and should not be used as freestanding heaters.
Usage Features:
- Smart Control: The heaters can be controlled via the EWELink Smart Application, available on the App Store and Google Play. This application allows users to:
- Register and log in with a username and password.
- Add the smart device to the application.
- Program the heater with different kinds of timing settings and schedules.
- Link the device to your WiFi and choose a name for the product.
- Installation:
- Pre-installation: It is crucial to set up the WiFi BEFORE installing the panel on the wall.
- Mounting: The heaters are designed for easy wall mounting. The installation process involves:
- Using a template to mark drilling holes.
- Drilling 4 X holes.
- Inserting chosen anchors (masonry or drywall) into the holes.
- If using drywall anchors, gently screw the anchor into the hole.
- Inserting the long screw into the bracket and screwing it into the anchor until firmly secured.
- Fitting the heater onto the bracket by aligning the brackets with the holes and pressing the heater towards the wall until the threaded ends appear through the holes of the heater.
- Screwing the end caps with fingers onto the exposed ends of the brackets to hold it secure.
- DUAL Heater Specifics: For DUAL SMART heaters, additional steps are required:
- Install the DUAL brackets to the bottom two brackets and screw the end caps onto the exposed ends of the brackets to hold it secure before installing the top two DUAL brackets.
- Slide the DUAL Heatguard into the two grooves in the bottom brackets.
- Insert the top two DUAL brackets onto the HEATGUARD and fit them into the top two brackets.
- Screw the last two end caps between the HEATGUARD and the heater with fingers to hold the heater and the HEATGUARD secure in place.
- Placement: This product is intended for indoor use only and for heating a room with no flammable material or substance in close proximity to the heater. It is NOT suitable for use in a bathroom.
- Power Connection: The appliance is fitted with a 2-core cable only. Any modification of the cable or removal of the factory fitted plug voids the warranty. Before drilling into the wall, check that the area is free of pipes or electrical wires. The appliances should not be located below or in front of an electrical socket. Only use EXTENTION CORDS where needed, and ensure they are 10Amps or more and do not run the extensions under carpeting, throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings.
- Odor: When switching on the heater for the first time, there may be a slight odor during the first day or two. This is quite normal and is caused by the residual moisture in the panel and does not present any health hazard.
Maintenance Features:
- Cleaning: To disconnect the heater from the wall socket, please only pull on the plug socket and not the cord to remove the socket from the wall.
- Troubleshooting: In the rare instance that a heater develops very minor hairline cracks, this will NOT normally be considered a warrantable item. If this does occur, the safety and performance of the heater will not be affected by cosmetic defects.
- Warranty: AMAZE Appliances International warrants that your Amaze Panel Heater is free from manufacturing defects, subject to specific conditions detailed in the warranty leaflet. Proof of payment/receipt is required to furnish the proof of purchase in the event of a warranty claim. The warranty period is 3 years from the original purchase date.
- Service: The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the products, including but not limited to labor costs and shipping costs to return the heater to the Amaze-Heaters service center. Within the limitations of this warranty and at the discretion of Amaze-Heater LLC, they will repair or replace the heater.
- User Serviceability: AMAZE-HEATERS HAS NO USER SERVICEABLE PARTS INSIDE and should only be opened by authorized agent. Any attempt to repair or replace the goods in the event of any manufacturing defects should be notified to Amaze Appliances International within 3 years of the original purchase.
- Safety: Do not run the cord behind the heater. In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater with anything, including wet or dry washing. Covering the panel could result in a fire hazard. This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. The Amaze Panel Heaters are manufactured to withstand a consistent electricity supply of between 230 – 240VAC. Customers in regions that frequently experience surges/spikes or erratic power supply are advised to use a surge protector with our appliance. Our warrantee does not cover damage as a result.
