FAQS
1. Is Amazfit Pace waterproof?
Amazfit Pace is water-resistant but not waterproof.
It is IP 67 certified which means resistant to dust, rain, splashing, and accidental
submersion. It shouldnt be used when you are taking a shower/bath, swimming or in the
sauna or steam room.
2. Why Amazfit watch isnt turning on?
You can long press the right-hand start button to turn on the watch.
If your watch isn't turning on, please try the following:
A). Check battery level. If its battery drains, please charge it for 10 minutes and then
check if you can turn it on.
B). If your watch doesnt show charging interface when charging, please check if you
charge the device properly. Make sure your device is connected securely to the charging
base and press or adjust to make them connected tightly. Then, check if the USB
port,charging adaptor, outlets or the charging base is faulty.
3. Why isnt my Pace charging?
If Pace is not charging properly, we recommend the following:
a. Check if Pace is connected securely to the charging base. If not, press or adjust to
make them connected tightly.
b. Check if the USB port, charging adapter, outlets or the charging base is faulty.
