Cleaning the dust container

• Open the dust container (B) (see “Cleaning the motor fi lter”).
• Remove the cyclone separator from the dust container (B).
• Turn the upper part anti-clockwise and pull it up.
• Clean the parts with a dry cloth.
General cleaning advice
• To clean, wipe with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
• Dry the product after cleaning.
• Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp
utensils to clean the product.
Maintenance
• Store in a cool and dry place away from children and pets, ideally in
originalpackaging.
• Avoid any vibrations and shocks.
Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
The appliance does not start • Connect the power plug properly.
• Check if the electrical outlet is powered.
• Check if the on/off button is set on.
Weak suction power • Check if the fl exible hose or any of the
accessories are obstructed.
• Hose not connected correctly
• Remove and clean the fi lters.
Motor is abnormally noisy • Stop using the product immediately.
• Check if the hose, tube or any of the
accessories are obstructed. Remove the
obstruction.
• If the noise continues, power off the product
and disconnect the power plug.
• Contact our customer service.
