Specification of Supported External Hard Drives
1. 2 TB capacity or below.
2. Less than 500mA current (Under dependent power sources).
3. 10MB/s read-write speed or above (You can use CrystalDiskMark to test speed.).
4. FAT32 or NTFS file system on Windows 7 operating system or above.
5. Make sure your mobile hard disk is in the MBR partition style. If it is in the GPT
partition style, please convert it to MBR.
No Audio/Low Audio
Please adjust the audio output of your source device to PCM or Stereo, then HDML-
Cloner Box will be able to record audio successfully.
Note: If you use an AV receiver (AVR) via HDMI cable, please connect the HDML-Cloner
Box between the source video device (such as your PS3, STB or DVR) and your AV
receiver (AVR) via HDMI cable.
Audio and Video Out of Sync/Unsupported Files
Please format your USB storage device to FAT32 or change another USB storage device. It
is helpful to fix the issue.
USB Device is not Detected
1. Please unplug the USB storage device from the USB port and then plug it again.
2. If the prompt still exists, please format the USB storage device first and plug it
again. Tip: It is recommended that you format your USB storage device to FAT32
file system for better compatibility.
