  If the vacuum pump of your Ambiano Food Saver starts but air isn't being removed from the bag, ensure the top cover is securely locked. Also, check that the bag is inserted correctly, not covering the bag guides. Inspect the bag for any tears or punctures that may be causing leakage. If using a bag cut from a roll, verify that the end of the bag is properly sealed.

  If the bag seal on your Ambiano Food Saver pulls apart, it might be due to a crease in the seal or liquid/powder trapped between the bag layers, preventing a proper seal. Cut off the existing seal and thoroughly clean the inside of the bag. Then, try vacuum sealing the bag again.

  If the bag melts when using your Ambiano Food Saver, check the condition of the sealing bar. Remember that this appliance is intended for use only with heat seal and vacuum seal bags. Do not use plastic household bags. Open the top cover and allow the sealing bar to cool for 5-10 minutes. Always leave the top cover open between uses and allow at least 20 seconds between each use.
