If coffee isn't running into the jug of your Ambiano Coffee Maker, consider these possible causes: 1. The non-drip valve might be dirty. Rinse it in water. 2. You might be using the wrong coffee jug. Ensure you're using the original jug with the correct lid. 3. The coffee jug's lid might not be properly seated. Place the lid correctly on the jug.
